Operation Sanctuary: 27 Arrest So Far

Please note, the views in this article are not the views of this site.

The very fact that the police wish to emphasise that those alleged to have been involved were from “a range of communities”, should be a clear indication that this is primarily another Muslim grooming ring with a few people arrested outside of that community. The police just don’t want a rise in racial tensions.
There is a serious problem in the UK with a certain type of Muslim from the rural tribal areas of Pakistan who have zero respect for non-muslim girls in this country.
Below is the updated story and below that is an excellent interview which explains the major problem with these Muslim grooming rings and describes the warning signs parents should look out for.
This situation can no longer be brushed under the carpet. The longer the authorities fail to address the underlying problem, for fear of stoking racial tensions, the greater the chance that white communities will take the law into their own hands. Something concrete needs to be seen to be done to reassure the majority. The police are trying to pretend there is not an issue but the majority in these communities will eventually come to believe that the police are deceiving them and protecting the people who are preying on their daughters and that could bring about the very situation the police are hoping to avoid with only one difference, the majority will no longer trust the police as they will blame them for covering up the problem.

Operation Endeavour - Global

Police led by UK and its counterparts in Australia and the US broke up a paedophile ring that streamed live child sexual abuse from the Philippines in an operation that spanned 14 countries.
The international ring that streamed live abuses of Filipino children as young as six over the internet, was busted as part of 'Operation Endeavour', Britain's National Crime Agency (NCA) has said.
Fifteen victims aged between six and 15 have been rescued and 29 people in 12 countries have been arrested which includes 11 in the Philippines. The Agence France-Presse has reported that in some cases, victims' parents were also involved.
Police have described the use of webcams to live-stream child abuse - a trend that especially emerge from developing countries - as a "significant and emerging threat," the Associated Press reported.
"This investigation has identified some extremely dangerous child sexual offenders who believe paying for children to be abused to order was something they could get away with," the deputy director of NCA told the news outlet. "Being thousands of miles away makes no difference to their guilt. In my mind they are just as responsible for the abuse of these children."

Operation Pacific - Essex Investigation.

The images were uncovered in a house which had previously belonged to retired teacher Christopher Dobson in Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex.
After his death his next of kin had decided to sell the property but when the prospective buyers began cleaning they found incriminating evidence and alerted police.
Essex Police are now trying to establish the extent of the unmarried 70-year-old’s alleged offending.
Mr Dobson, who had no children and was also involved in youth football, died in December 2012.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Hall, who is leading the investigation, said: “It is my belief that Christopher Dobson committed serious criminal offences against children over a period of years.
“Despite his death my investigation seeks to establish the full extent of the offending that took place and to engage with those who may have information.
“I would seek to reassure anyone who wishes to speak with my team that their information will be treated with the utmost sensitivity and in confidence.
“My primary concern is to support to those who have been affected. I am working closely with partner agencies and other organisations that are able to provide such support.
“Prior to his death Christopher Dobson was well known and I acknowledge that there will be concerns within the local community.”
Police officers are currently trying to identify victims of Mr Dobson’s alleged offending.
At this stage of the investigation there is no evidence to suggest that any other offenders were involved, the force said.
Anyone who has concerns or information about Mr Dobson should contact a dedicated telephone line on 0800 096 1233 or email Operation.Pacific@essex.pnn.police.uk

Joris Demmink, Dutch Ministry Of Justice Paedophile.

As the Dutch Ministry Of Justice desperately tries to sort out the long-brewing scandalous ignorance of the crimes against children perpetrated by one of their own, ex-secretary Joris Demmink, I felt it time to recap on a couple of articles I published last year.
Each was directly translated from Dutch, so please forgive the flow of the articles as I was loath to change the originals.

Failure To Protect
The designation ‘indescribable’ or ‘unbelievable’ also applies of course to the so called Case Demmink, the Dutch and now ex-secretary of the ministry of Justice, who has become by now the world’s most renewed high placed pedophile, who is no longer welcome to visit the United States and who is completely exposed on the website www.arrestdemmink.com, but the Dutch authorities up till the second week of April 2013 not launching any kind of investigation, despite increasing international pressure.
As in the case of Joris Demmink, authorities seem helpless, desperate or resistant to end this cruel story and bring the children home to their parents. It seems Dutch Parliamentary Democracy has turned into a tyrannical Pedocracy, where children’s and parents rights are denied and no justice is found. Dutch citizens are becoming more and more aware that the whole Child Care system and Service has been infiltrated by some kind of Child Robbing agency for the purpose of pornographic services to pedophiles of all ranks, high and low. http://jeugdzorg-darkhorse.blogspot.nl/2013/03/no-faith-in-dutch-family-law.html

Police Forces 'Screen Out' Thousands Of Crimes

Police have failed to fully investigate millions of crimes, figures reveal.
Almost 500,000 were “screened out” by 16 forces last year alone.
New crime figures are published today following a warning they cannot be trusted.
The UK Statistics Authority claims they will soar once an audit of the way police record offences is completed.
Ten forces who responded to Mirror freedom of information requests insisted they do not “screen out” – meaning there is only a preliminary investigation.
But we found others such as the Met and Norfolk Police take no further action in almost half the cases.
Met officers screened out an average of 360,542 a year in the four years to April 2013, or 45%. In Norfolk the figure was 20,690 or 49%.
Police shelved 488,852 crimes reported to forces who supplied figures last year – and more than two million since 2010.

Kingsley Fairbridge

On 15 April 1912, Kingsley Fairbridge and his wife Ruby Fairbridge arrived in Albany, Western Australia, from England and made their way to Pinjarra, arriving on 16 July that same year to establish the world's first Fairbridge Farm School. The school opened on 19 October 1912. Kingsley wanted to see "little children shedding the bondage of bitter circumstances and stretching their legs and minds amid the thousand interests of the farm."
From 1913 until 1982, Fairbridge Farm School assisted 3,580 children. who came to Fairbridge under various child migration schemes. The school provided education in task-learning, husbandry, metal work and wood work. During World War II, Dutch refugee children evacuated from Indonesia were based at Fairbridge while waiting to be reunited with their families. During the same period, the site was also used as a training ground for the Women's Land Army, and Guildford Grammar School partially relocated there while their school was used as a hospital base.An airfield was constructed and operated from the school during the Second World War until the 1950s.

Operation Daybreak, Update.

Operation Daybreak, a large scale police investigation concerning a number of claims relating to incidents of abuse at homes in the Nottingham area has seen the number of victims reporting allegations increase.
In addition it is now being reported that an arrest has been made in connection with allegations that relate specifically to allegations concerning the Beechwood Community House.
The remit of the extensive investigation now covers allegations concerning six homers formerly run by the council. The homes in question have now closed but the investigation is taking account of allegations of both physical and sexual abuse. The allegations cover a period of time stretching from the late 1960s until 2000.
Operation Daybreak has been investigating alleged abuse by staff at Beechwood Community House, Mapperley, Bracken House, Bulwell, Ranskill Gardens, Bestwood, Wood Nook, Beechdale, and Risley Hall in Derbyshire. Although at the time of writing it had not been confirmed for legal reasons it is understood that a further home has been added to that list.
So far it has been revealed that the arrest made in connection with the Daybreak investigation was connected to an alleged historical serious sexual offence that occurred at Beechwood. The individual arrested was arrested and questioned before being released on bail pending further enquiries. Previously five other people were arrested and all were later released with no further action. Nonetheless there are now known to be over 60 alleged victims.

O'Carroll And Studdert

A high-profile paedophile activist and a man who possessed the widest range of abusive material known to the Met were sentenced to imprisonment at Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court.
Thomas Victor O'Carroll was sentenced to two and a half years imprisonment and placed on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.
61-year-old Thomas Victor O'Carroll, an out of work journalist and 67-year-old Michael John De Clare, a retired Anglican minister, were arrested in January 2006 after the Met's Paedophile Unit conducted a series of co-ordinated searches and arrests.Michael John De Clare Studdert was sentenced to four years imprisonment for making and downloading indecent images, two years for distributing indecent images and three years for possession of indecent images. All sentences are to run concurrently. The judge ordered that he be placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life and he is also subject of a Sex Offences Prevention Order, which prohibits him from owning a computer or machinery, which allows him access to the Internet.
O'Carroll is a high-profile activist who has campaigned to legitimise certain aspects of paedophilia and was the chairman of the now defunct Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) in the UK. He has latterly been a member of the International Paedophile Child Emancipation forum (IPCE).

Harris, Roache And Travis In Court, Updated

Veteran TV presenter Rolf Harris has pleaded not guilty to 12 indecent assault charges.

The 83-year-old of Bray, Berkshire, is accused of assaulting four girls between 1968 and 1986.
Mr Harris was remanded on bail at London's Southwark Crown Court and his trial was set for 30 April.
The Australian artist, musician and television presenter has yet to be arraigned on four counts of making an indecent image of a child.
He arrived earlier for the hearing with his wife Alwen and daughter Bindi.
Six of the indecent assault counts relate to a girl aged 15 between April 1980 and April 1981, and one relates to the same alleged victim when she was aged 19 between January 1984 and January 1985.
Three of the alleged indecent assaults relate to a 14-year-old girl in May 1986.
The other two charges relate to the alleged indecent assault on a girl aged seven or eight between January 1968 and January 1970, and a girl aged 14 between January 1975 and January 1976.

Mr Harris was released on bail under the same conditions as previous hearings.
The trial of Coronation Street star Bill Roache - who is accused of committing a string of historic sex offences against young girls - starts today.
The 81-year-old soap star was arrested at his home in Wilmslow, Cheshire, last May and later charged with two counts of raping a 15-year-old girl in East Lancashire in 1967.
A month later he was also charged with five indecent assaults involving four girls aged between 11 or 12 and 16, allegedly committed in the Manchester area between 1965 and 1968.
When charged with rape, Roache - who plays Ken Barlow in the ITV1 show - issued a statement in which he said he was "astounded and deeply horrified" by the accusations.
He said: "I strenuously deny the allegations and will now focus my full attention on fighting to preserve my innocence in the challenging times ahead.
"I would like to offer my sincere thanks to all those people who have offered me their support and good wishes at this difficult time."
Roache later formally pleaded not guilty to the seven counts he faces.
The world's longest-serving soap actor has not appeared in the programme while the legal proceedings are ongoing.
He has been on bail since his arrest with various conditions including residence, no direct unsupervised contact with anyone under 16 and not to approach named witnesses.
The trial at Preston Crown Court is scheduled to last up to four weeks.

Jury selection started yesterday in the trial of DJ Dave Lee Travis, as he prepares to face the 14 sex offence charges against him.
The 68-year-old was at London's Southwark Crown Court to face 13 counts of indecent assault dating between 1976 and 2003, and one of sexual assault in 2008.
The charges relate to 11 alleged victims. He denies all the charges.
Travis, whose real name is David Patrick Griffin, was living in Mentmore in Buckinghamshire but has recently moved house and was allowed not to give his new address in open court by Judge Anthony Leonard.
The prosecution case in his trial is due to open today.
Judge Leonard told a group of 40 potential jurors: "This case involves allegations of a series of indecent assaults and it is likely that you will find this an interesting case to try."
They were asked if they or a close family member has worked for the BBC, Chiltern Radio or Classic Gold FM, or has been involved with Scotland Yard's Operation Yewtree, under which Travis was arrested.
The potential jurors were also given a list of the names of witnesses in case they know any of them.
A group of 18 were chosen today, and it is expected that a panel of 12 plus two reserves will be sworn in tomorrow.
Before sending them away until 11am tomorrow, Judge Leonard warned them not to research the case in any way.
He said: "You will try the case on the information obtained here in this court and nothing else."

Boy Lovers Network, Pair Sentenced.

10th Dec 2013

An Australian, who together with his domestic partner, bought a newborn boy in Russia and allowed men around the world to abuse him, has been sentenced in a US court to 30 years in jail.
Peter Truong, 36, born in Vietnam, and his partner Mark Newton, 42, born in the US, both Australian citizens, bought a newborn boy in Russia for US$8,000, according to prosecutors.

The boy’s birth papers were falsified to list Newton as his biological father. The fraud then allowed the boy to be adopted and taken to Queensland, Australia, where the pair lived.

Law enforcers assume the pair allowed at least eight men in different countries, including Australia, the US, Germany and France, to abuse the boy between the ages of two and six. The men recorded videos of their own sexual assaults on the baby and distributed them across a global pedophile web-source, known as the Boy Lovers Network.

In June, Mark Newton was sentenced for the maximum term of 40 years by a US judge in Indianapolis.

Half Of Sex Attackers Avoid Prison

Half of convicted sex attackers, violent criminals and burglars are avoiding prison despite government pledges to end “soft” sentences, official figures have revealed.
More than 65,000 serious criminals walked free despite being convicted of a range of offences including rape, sexual assault, manslaughter, grievous bodily harm and robbery.
Just 53 per cent of convicted paedophiles who abused children under the age of 13 were jailed in 2012, while half of drug dealers also escaped jail. Overall, just one in four criminals were sent to prison when lesser sentences were taken into account.
The figures are likely to embarrass the Conservatives. Chris Grayling, the justice secretary who has positioned himself as a Tory traditionalist on law and order in contrast to Ken Clarke, his more liberal predecessor.
One senior Tory backbencher said the figures demonstrate that there is a "malaise" at the heart of the criminal justice system, while Labour described the number of offenders avoiding prison is an "insult" to victims of crime.
Sadiq Khan, the shadow justice secretary who obtained the statistics in a parliamentary answer, said that government cuts are undermining the justice system.
He said: "Some of these crimes are so serious and violent that members of the public rightly expect them to lead to a prison sentence.
"One of the concerns is that this is being done in order to save money. Justice done on the cheap like this risks prisoners reoffending rather than being reformed which means more victims and misery.
“This will be an insult to many victims of crime who want to see those who committed crimes against them properly punished and rehabilitated."

Children's Homes. Authority Outsourcing, Policy Changes

12 Sept 2013
Children will no longer be sent to care homes far from family and friends other than in exceptional circumstances, under new rules being introduced in the wake of the Rochdale grooming scandal.
Edward Timpson, the children’s minister, said that an unacceptable “out of sight out of mind culture” had grown up in social services in recent years, in which troubled children were routinely sent to homes often hundreds of miles away from family and friends.
The Rochdale case, in which one of the main victims came from hundreds of miles away, highlighted how sending young people far from their usual support networks can leave as easier prey for abusers.
New rules coming into force this month will mean that social workers need high-level authorisation to send children out of their immediate area.
Neighbourhoods where new children’s homes are to be opened will also have to be triple vetted by police, Ofsted and the local authority to ensure that they are safe.
A Government dossier published in The Daily Telegraph last year showed that more than half of children in residential homes had been sent away from heir home area, often hundred miles away.
It also showed that the majority of children’s homes are situated in neighbourhoods with higher than average crime rates and that three out of 10 are located in the worst crime hot spots in the country.
I was speaking with my mum today about family and history and blah blah blah when suddenly the conversation got rather interesting...

After his return from Burma in World War II, my Grandfather took up a job in Wythenshawe as a cabinet sprayer for Ferranti, a defence contractor involved in manufacture of early computers and rocket guidance systems.
The greatest news he ever arrived home with, was a personal invitation from his boss, Basil De Ferranti, to travel to Woomera in Southern Australia for 3 months, on Company expenses with all wages paid direct to his wife in the UK. He was to go and watch the launch of a rocket the company helped design the electro-mechanical inertial navigation systems for, Ariane 4.
His wife said No and that was the end of that discussion.

Over the next few years, Christmas was a time of affluence and abundance. The gifts below the tree were more than could be afforded by a simple paint spryer, as were the luxurious hampers of food and drink which were dutifully carried into the council house by men, suited and booted and looking Very out of place.
Basil De Ferranti was a regular visitor to the house, as was Jack Lord and a few of the "management" from work.

Several years down the line, my mum was given an interview for a secretarial job at Ferranti, which she attended to tell the Company she had no wish to be under her father's constant watch. My uncle successfully completed his apprenticeship at Ferranti and went on to become a very successful salesman/civil engineer within Defence and Security.

When my Granddad died in 1984, Basil De Ferranti flew into Wythenshawe in his private helicopter, along with his right hand man Jack Lord and several other imposing gentlemen, some of whom my Mother recognised from her childhood as regular visitors to her home she shared with her father, brother and step-mother.
They all stood across the grave from the family in their black hats and long black jackets, paid their respects and left.

Not long afterwards, Edith, my Grandfather's wife was given a lump sum of money and told it was the Company Life Insurance payout from the time my ganddad had worked for them.
She then set about selling off the family estate in Mount Pleasant, Merthyr Tydfil.

The first question this family history raises is - wtf would Basil De Ferranti be doing flying in to a paint sprayers funeral.
That's before you get to the fact they were living in a council house in Manchester when there was (by all accounts) a mansion in Wales, with its own grounds which had been passed down following my great grandmothers death in or around 1969.
Her funeral too, was attended by imposing gentlemen in black hats and long flowing coats. Men of power, money, stature. Quite an honour call for an unmarried concert pianist whose career was untimely ended by a bastard child.
Then comes the question of - well why would they offer to fly this paint sprayer half way around the world, paid, for 3 months.
The answer shocked me, I must admit.
My Grandfather, Edward Heighway (commonly known to friends as Ted) was a Freemason.

So many seemingly small details are so out of place, it strikes me as odd to say the least and I would appreciate any help anyone can offer in the pursuit of tracing my family skeletons.

Kesgrave Hall Boarding School, Suffolk Police Inquiry

By Colin Adwent.
Detectives investigating allegations of historic child abuse at the former Kesgrave Hall boarding school have now spoken to 15 people during their renewed inquiry.
At the beginning of this year Suffolk Constabulary said it would review the original investigation files from 21 years ago.
The move came after Central Suffolk and North Ipswich MP Dr Dan Poulter wrote to the then chief constable Simon Ash expressing concerns over a police claim that the files had not been retained.
Dr Poulter’s intervention followed an ex-pupil’s Freedom of Information request relating to the 1992 inquiry. The former student is one of a number of men who claimed abuse occurred at the school.
Although officers have now spoken to more than a dozen people, it is understood that not all of those interviewed have made allegations of abuse.
Anne-Marie Breach, a spokeswoman for Suffolk Constabulary said: “Suffolk police continue to investigate complaints of historic child abuse at Kesgrave Hall boarding school.
“To date we have spoken to 15 people in relation to the allegations and continue to explore lines of enquiry that may lead to others.
“We would encourage anyone who has been a victim of abuse to contact the police. We’d like to take this opportunity to reassure any victim that their complaints will be taken seriously and fully investigated.”
In 1992 the Crown Prosecution Service said there was not enough evidence to prosecute any of the alleged abusers following a complaint from a former member of the independent school’s care staff.
